My client, a market-leading business are currently on the lookout for a People Projects Lead to join them on a Part Time basis, for a period of 9-12 months.
In this role you will take a lead on a variety of People projects, further embedding HR into the organisation and driving a high performance culture.
Below are some of the key responsibilities:
- Supporting Managers with organisational design
- Managing the implementation of an LMS system as part of a broader learning strategy
- Reviewing the talent attraction strategy
- Leading on engagement and wellbeing initiatives
- Benchmarking salaries and employee benefits, linking performance to pay
- Driving culture and company values
- Working collaboratively with all levels of management to deliver best practice people solutions
- Reviewing HR policies and processes ensuring they are fit for purpose
As well have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, with a proven track record in HR as well as a drive and passion for adding value to a growing business.
Please note my client are looking for someone who can work 2 days per week (over 2 or 3 days - at least 1 of these days will be office based but there will also be the opportunity to do some work from home).
