Role Overview: As a Part-time PPA Teacher, you will be responsible for covering PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time for teachers across Years 1 to 6. This role requires flexibility, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students of various ages and abilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a significant impact across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Years 1 to 6 during PPA time
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students across different year groups
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and cohesive approach to teaching and learning
• Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching across different primary year groups is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with various age groups and subjects
• Commitment to fostering the well-being and academic development of all students
• Enthusiasm for professional development and collaborative working
