The firm is committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients and have a dedicated Private Client Team that plays a pivotal role in achieving this. The team is known for its professionalism, expertise, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice.

The Opportunity:

This law firm is currently seeking a Private Client Fee Earner with a minimum of 5 years' experience to join the Swindon office. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours, offering you the opportunity to balance your career and personal life effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Private Client Fee Earner, you will:

• Handle a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, LPAs, and Court of Protection cases.
• Work independently while providing a consistently high level of client care and professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the Private Client Team across all four of our offices.
• Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients, professional contacts, and local referrers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Private Client work.
• Proficiency in handling a wide range of Private Client matters.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload efficiently.
• Dedication to providing exceptional client service.
