Project Support Officer - Part TimeSalary: GBP26,788 - GBP30,751Hours: 18 hours per week, day can be flexibleLocation: Edinburgh based, various officesStart Date: ASAPContract until the end of October 2024.We have an exciting opportunity to join our Strategic Change and Delivery team working to support with an internal review.We are looking for a Project Support Officer with a passion for change and the ability to support colleagues to deliver a complex range of projects. You will have experience of working in a business / Project Support environment and will want to be part of change and transformation in the public sector, improving services for the people of Edinburgh.You will be outcome focused and will maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders as well as being able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environmentWe are looking for candidates with experience of:

• Microsoft Office, being comfortable using Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Planning and organisation workload and be able to get the job done
• Communicating well at all levels in writing and in person and being able to analyse and distil information
• General administration, ordering, minute taking, supporting with project governance tasks
