Part Time Property Supervisor

Purpose of the role:

A candidate for this varied and hands on role as Property Supervisor is sought to maintain the portfolio of rental properties at South Ormsby Estate. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the property industry, a natural problem solver, keep calm in a crisis and have excellent people skills. Due to the hands on approach of this role, we are looking for someone who lives close to South Ormsby.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Working for the estate manager
• The letting of long term let properties.
• The letting of short term let properties.
• Carrying out all legal requirements
• Short term let properties customer satisfaction.
• Marketing of properties
• Let properties maintenance schedules.
• Complete in house training.
• Further training in property management.
• Available 24x7 for tenant emergencies

Person Specification

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and capable of working alone, whilst prioritising their workload
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Good administrative and computer skills.
• The ability to analyse figures and carry out calculations.
• Working to deadlines.
• A full driving licence is required

Education level:

• Minimum: No minimum
• Ideal: Qualifications in Real Estate/ Business management

Experience:

• Minimum: Interest in Property
• Ideal: Property Supervisor/Estate Agent

Personal attributes and other requirements:

• Shows attention to detail in all aspects of their work and a commitment to excellence in all areas
• Must be well presented at all times
