A great opportunity to work as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for one of our manufacturing clients, on a part-time basis. This is a permanent role offering between 20-25 hours of work, perfect to shape around personal commitments.
Reporting into the Finance Director, some of the main duties include (but are not restricted to):
- Accurately processing a large volume of purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with invoice enquiries and building on existing client relationships
- Overseeing weekly payment runs
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident working independently, be a good team player, and will have the ability to work to strict deadlines.
Joining a small finance team, the candidate will be working alongisde one other Purchase Ledger Clerk and will benefit from a competitive salary (pro-rata), flexible start/ finish timings, and working in a friendly work environment.
Please note, candidates will only be considered if they have relevant Purchase Ledger experience and can commute to the site five days a week.
