Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity working for a small friendly company based in Worcester with a view to start immediately. You will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the Purchase Ledger function processing up to 500 invoices per month from start to finish. Your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing supplier payments by BACS weekly, reconciling supplier statements, resolving queries, reconciling petty cash, processing expenses and any other ad hoc finance duties.
My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who can join the business and hit the ground running. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and ideally have experience working with Sage. My client is offering a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, on site parking, pension, study support towards AAT and an early finish on Friday. My client will also consider candidates looking for work 4 days per week and this will be am office based role.
