Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am - 5:30pm Location: Northampton

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist for our clients, a nationwide company with their head office based in Northampton.

We are looking for Part Time Receptionist with prevous experience with ability to deliver excellent customer service and a welcoming experience to all visitors both in person and over the phone.

They would be joining a very good company with a great reputation for fostering a fantastic work environment.
Part Time Receptionist role:

• Answering all calls queries and redirecting them to the appropriate place
• Showing clients and customers to their required destination
• Dealing efficiently with customer requests and queries, to ensure total customer satisfaction;

Part Time Receptionist requirements:

• Prevous experience as a Receptionist preferred
• Previous over the phone customer facing experience preferred
• Have a can do attitude
