First Day: 9am to 5pm for training.

Our client, based in Northampton is currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time Receptionist for 2 weeks from Monday 1st July to Friday 12th July at their new modern, state of the art offices. The ideal candidate will have reception experience, be well presented, confident and possess excellent communication skills.?

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors - Greeting clients and customers in a friendly, professional manner, recording visitors in and out.
• Answering and directing calls?- Directing to correct person, dealing with clients and customers.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly.?
• General administration tasks.
• Making drinks for meetings.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• First Day: 9am to 5pm for training
• Daily: 12:30pm to 5pm
