This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced receptionist, to join a successful and established legal firm based in Northampton.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a professional services firm, be presentable and take pride in their appearance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Administration, duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting visitors
- Diary management
- General administrative support
- Client care
A commercial and customer focused mind-set would be hugely advantageous along with proven organisational skills, strong IT skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
