Part Time Receptionist

Think you can brighten someone's day with just a "Hello"? Love helping people find their way (both literally and figuratively)? Join our client located in Loanhead as a part-Time Receptionist and become the friendly face of their company.

What You'll Do:

• Make visitors feel like VIPs from the moment they step through the door
• Master the art of the phone transfer (because nobody likes being on hold)
• General administrative duties
• Managing room bookings and diaries
• Coordinating equipment, catering and H & S
• Assist with light office tasks to keep things running smoothly
