We are looking for 2 Part Time Receptionist/Administrators to cover a busy Reception for a forward thinking company in Bordon. The role has been split into 2 shifts, 8am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm.
The role will involve all Reception duties such as meeting & greeting Clients, answering & transferring calls and also some additional admin duties, therefore good knowledge of MS Office is required along with an excellent telephone manner. The Receptionist/Administrators will be the first point of contact both via telephone and in person, therefore a professional and helpful disposition is advantageous.
