Receptionist/Administrator

Job description
Centology has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team as a Receptionist and Administrator. Centology provides a variety of services, including reception, to its wider group of companies (Adviser Business Solutions, Independent Financial Solutions, and Emsworth Corporate Planning).
We are looking for a graduate or experienced, capable individual who will be able to take ownership and responsibility for the office's reception area together with assisting the team with administrative tasks. There is no ceiling for this role, we would like an individual to make it their own and there are development opportunities for those wishing to extend their skillset.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for the reception area including tidiness, cleanliness, and aesthetics (i.e. magazines, leaflets etc.) Ensuring a welcoming area for client arrivals.
- To greet clients and visitors on arrival ensuring the relevant personnel is informed. Prepare refreshments as required (i.e. hot/cold drinks).
- Responsible for ensuring that all clients and visitors to the premises ‘sign-in’ using the visitor book as per health & safety requirements.
- To undertake any administrative support to the Data Ops team as requested (e.g. Data Improvement Projects, Scheme Administration and Sending Annual Summaries).
- Responsible for receiving incoming post, opening, scanning, logging, and delivery to the company.
- Responsible for the stamping, sending, and recording of any outgoing post in line with requested service–and co-ordination of post for collection/sending.
Experience:
Reception – 1 year (preferred)

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
