A growing consultancy based in the heart of London is seeking a Receptionist to join their busy team! This role is an integral part of the team, ensuring the office is welcoming and being the go-to individual!
Your new role

• First point of contact for any queries
  
• Managing switchboard and incoming calls
  
• Distributing incoming and outgoing post
  
• Coordinating deliveries
  
• Ordering and maintaining stock levels for the kitchen and office
  
• Responsible for office H&S including fire and first aid management.
  
• Support with organising office events and socials.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Positive and hardworking team-player
  
• Recent experience in a similar role
  
• Ability to travel to the office (near Bond Street) 5 days a week
