IMH Recruitment are currently looking for a part-Time Receptionist initially on a temporary basis for our client in the Deepcar area of Sheffield.
The role is initially on a temporary basis to cover staff absence however, there may be a more of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Please note that this role is due to start on 26/02/2024 so, you would need to be available to start then.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the centre in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- General reception cover and duties.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a polite and efficient manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Hours and Pay:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays: Hours TBC
GBP11.30 - GBP11.75 depending on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Salary: GBP11.30-GBP11.75 per hour: Hours 8:30am - 5:00pm
