Receptionist / Administrator
Our client are a leader in their sector with offices throughout the UK. As such they are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join them on a permanent basis at their Head Office
You will be responsible for assisting the EA and PAs with any Administrative duties as well as Front of House Reception
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the company
- Supporting the Training team with Administrative duties
- Assist senior staff with hotel bookings, event and conference bookings as well as travel
- Answering the telephone and taking messages
- Assisting with the arrangements and organising of meetings, i.e. refreshments, prepare meeting rooms
- Booking Forms and updating attendee details
- Sending out booking confirmations to course attendees
- Creating registers for courses
- Generating course certificates
- Raising purchase orders
- Reconciling expenses
- Stock take and ordering of teas, coffees, stationery
Person Specification:
- Excellent practical knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Able to prioritise and work on own initiative to specific and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic
- Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude
