OA are working with a well-established organisation in their search for their new talent! We are looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Welwyn Garden City.
Receptionist – Job Details:
- Hourly Rate: £11.53 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Start Date: August
- Benefits: Life Assurance, Pension Scheme, Discretionary Bonus
Receptionist – Main Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and efficiently direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide general administrative support across departments.
- Book and prepare meeting rooms; organise lunches as needed.
- Order and manage stationery supplies, keeping the supply cupboard organised.
- Assist with arranging deliveries and collections, including courier services.
Receptionist – Skills & Experience:
- Educated to GCSE level.
- Proven experience in a reception or similar office based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
