My client in Thame is looking for a Part time Sales Administrator.
Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant will include:
- Checking & processing sales orders and raising purchase orders.
- Liaison with our European group, suppliers & internal departments as required.
- Verification and approval of departmental incoming purchase invoices
- Advising dealers on deliveries of their orders and answering general dealer queries.
- Completing weekly reporting for Dealers incl. orders in hand report, delivery report, etc
- Management of the demonstration fleet incl. communicating availability of demo fleet, liaison with dealers & generation of relevant documentation for demonstrations.
- Preparing documentation for our customs agents regarding clearances for incoming shipments and the updating of internal information regarding those shipments.
- Keeping an up to date and accurate record of stock.
- Maintain complete and accurate filing system
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
This role would suit a person who enjoys a varied admin role within a friendly and helpful team. Key requirements of our Administration Assistant are:
- Strong IT skills using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator
- Able to learn and adapt to varied/changing internal systems.
