Our Client is a market leader within their field. They are looking for candidates who could be from a variety of industries with solid transferable skills including:
- Previous Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organised
- Great multi-tasker and ability to prioritise
- Positive attitude and adaptable to the needs of the role
- Good Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
You’ll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. Based in a friendly, vibrant office, things you’ll be doing include:
- Checking and processing orders
- Raising purchase orders and verifying invoices
- Completing weekly reports
- Arranging deliveries, meetings and training
- Dealing with general queries
