Our local and established client is looking for an efficient Sales Administrator to join their team.
The company based in Bicester requires a dedicated Sales Administrator to support their business through completion of general administration tasks, invoicing, processing orders and services and assisting the sales team.
Working hours of 09:00am-17:00pm Monday to Friday, offering ?25,000 per annum.
Duties of the Sales Administrator:
? Process, manage and update customer documentation.
? Follow orders and services from the point of sale to delivery and service provided.
? Maintain the online CRM system.
? Complete checks on proposals for all new orders.
? Provide exemplary customer service.
? Invoice and raise purchase orders for customers and suppliers.
? Handle and deal with any queries and enquiries.
? Be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers.
? Operate on phone and email, resolving queries promptly and effectively.
? Support the sales team with formulating new and existing quotations and extensions.
You must:
? Have experience working within Administration.
? Be fully computer literate.
? Work well within a team and individually.
? Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging situations and conversations.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
? Adapt well to changing circumstances and be flexible in your approach to the role.
? Show excellent planning and organisation skills.
? Understand the importance of targets and meeting objectives.
