Part Time Sole Charge Payroll

Your new company
Based in Reading a delightful SME still on continual growth since Covid is now looking for a new payroll manager.
Your new role

• Uploading of all payroll information into payroll systems
• Reviewing processed payroll for any potential corrections
• Ensuring all new legislation and government requirements are met
• Updating of PAYE coding change notices
• Management of holiday, absence, and sick pay and statutory sick pay calculations
• Overseeing HMRC Payroll related returns
• Ensuring policies are up to date with the latest statutory legislation and all internal policies are being followed
• Answering employee queries
• Administering pension contributions, auto-enrolment, and communications
• Ensuring all Tax Year-End procedures are run including P60, P11D
• Monitoring and maintaining compliance of internal controls and audit requirements
• Setting up new employees and managing employee changes on HR system
• Managing holiday, company medical, and auto-enrolment administration and queries
