Part Time Supervising Social Worker-Assessments

Pay: 37,800 - 41,100 pro rata

NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their recruitment and training team on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone to join their fast paced team that is responsible for recruiting, training, and assessing potential foster carers.

Responsibilities:

• Support and train a group of Resilience Foster Carers, providing support and training while focusing on the needs of children with complex backgrounds.
• Work closely with managers and other professionals to develop the fostering scheme and ensure the best outcomes for the children.
• Join a dynamic team dedicated to recruiting and training foster carers for vulnerable youth, emphasising stability and hope for the future.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
• A driver
• Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
• Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
