SalaryMy client based in Chatteris are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on a Part Time basis to support them on an ongoing basis over the next few months. Hours will be around 15 per week (some flexibility on the hours you work) with an hourly rate of £11.44.
Main responsibilities:
Filing
Scanning
Creating delivery notes
Collating paperwork
Booking transport, etc)
Essential attributes (Experience, knowledge, skills, education):
Demonstrate enthusiasm and be motivated to develop both themselves and help improve the team dynamics
Demonstrate good attention to detail
Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Willingness to help other team members as required
Ability to communicate well both internally and externally
Skills:
Candidate must be fully computer literate in order to produce and maintain all the necessary documentation for a wide range of work and activities using Epicor, and the standard suite of Microsoft Office programmes.
