SalaryWe are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to work for a company based in North Cambridge. They’re looking for someone to join the team on a part-time basis initially, but could potentially extend.
The initial work will be for 4 days (Monday to Thursday) working from 9:00 – 5:00.
Typical duties would include:
- Entering invoices and client information into the companies database.
- Assisting the team with the general running of the office
- Typing documentation ready to be sent to clients
- Providing general administrative support to other departments as and when required.
The successful candidate:
- Previous Admin or Database experience
- Able to work to time sensitive deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
