Part Time Temporary Administrator

A reputable Charity that supports vulnerable people are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for a hardworking candidate who can hit the ground running.

Hours: 25 hours per week, flexible between the hours of 9-5 Monday to friday

Location: High Wycombe

Duration: Temporary- 6 weeks ongoing

Main duties:

• Be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of referrals as per local procedure
• Manage and effectively respond to enquiries from the email or voicemail inbox
• Be the first point of contact for enquiries, providing helpful and appropriate information in a friendly and professional manner
  
  • Keep and maintain timely, clear, and accurate records
  • Take a multi-disciplinary approach by developing and maintaining effective communication, referral pathways, and sharing information with partner agencies and organisations (as required).
    
    • Coordinate post and upload documents to the database
    • Receive, record, and assist with visitors where necessary
    • Maintain the stationery and cleaning cupboard and create and receive orders
    • Prepare and produce a variety of documents, including letters, spreadsheets, and online forms for people internally, and externally
    • Arrange meetings and events where required, arranging for catering, and providing materials when needed

Essential criteria:

• Excellent customer service, administrative and communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and working under pressure
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage a diverse and complex workload
