PART TIME TUTORS FORADULT LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT COURSES
£300 per day (inclusive of holiday pay).
As part of the ongoing development and growth of our Adult & Community Learning Provision, we are currently seeking to recruit part-TIME TUTORS to deliver one or more masterclass sessions as part of our Leadership and Management Bootcamp programme. Learners on this course are aspiring leaders and managers within their current organisation and wishing to further their career.
All courses run subject to a minimum enrolment target. Specific dates and times of classes can be negotiated. Payment for this first Leadership and Management Bootcamp is a one off payment per day, which encompasses 7 hours of delivery and planning/contextualisation of resources for each masterclass session.
This course is designed to give aspiring leaders the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. The course will be delivered online via MS Teams and is split into 8 professional learning days (dates to be confirmed with partner organisations):
- Principles of Leadership Practice
- Managing Performance
- Forming Successful Teams
- Managing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
- Managing Change
- Managing Conflict
- Managing Quality and Continuous Improvement
- Using Reflective Practice to Inform Personal and Professional Development
Applicants should be able to demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of their subject and credible experience as a leader and manager. They should also possess excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as having experience of delivering virtual learning sessions.
