Purslane is a small business in Edinburgh EH35AH. We are professional, agile, fun, and our goal is Casual Fine Dining, Based in the stunning area of Stockbridge on St. Stephen Street this fantastic restaurant is the epitome of rustic, casual fine dining. Run by head chef and owner Paul Gunning, Purslane serves a large variety of freshly prepared dishes, delivering an intense, high quality of flavour with every mouthful. Paul's career has seen him work everywhere from London to Brittany via Australia so regardless of what you decide to eat on the day, you're guaranteed to be in good hands..

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a passion for the hospitality. Willing to learn on the job. With training from wine knowledge to spirits and food. Working in a professional environment and delivering a relaxed customer experience.

• No experience needed just the correct attitude to learn and develop your own skills
• Must be available at the weekends.
• Shared tips.
• Christmas and New Year off.
• Every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off.
• 5 weeks Holiday a year.
• Only one sitting between Lunch 12:00pm - 1:30pm / Dinner 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
• Usually finishing around 10:30pm.
