Waitress/ Waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team at a restaurant in . As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

- Process payments and provide accurate change

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests

- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is required

- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
