Global & established entertainment company looking for an personable, friendly and proactive individual to join their close knit team in Manchester.
What you will you be doing:
- Front of house: welcoming visitors, receiving deliveries, etc.,
- Site administration, including: Processing payroll for, and fielding issues with on call, liaising with finance to solve any on-call payroll issues
- Assistance & administration as needed for leadership team
- H&S First Aid & Fire liaison
- Building management, maintenance, & supplies liaison
- Meeting room management
- On and off boarding (full time hires and contractors)
- Ensuring access is granted in the right time frames
- Supporting IT with onboarding sessions
- Delegate for procurement of office supplies
- Fielding IT / hardware issues within team, liaison with IT team
- Office committee role alongside leadership / workplace experience team
- HR liaison
- Post & correspondence handling
- Carpark admin and management
- Office Consumables management
- Visitor coordination, e.g. arranging travel & site visits with/for guests and colleagues
- Social committee - organising and booking socials, general team wellbeing
- Pioneering office culture
- Socials, team building events
- Organising meetups & community events
- Documenting large team meetings
