Partnerships Manager – Cosmetics – Remote
A brand new and exciting opportunity has opened for a Partnerships Manager with a keen interest in the beauty industry. A highly certified cosmetic manufacturer is searching for an experienced Partnerships Manager to define and deliver on commercial growth strategy. The position of Partnerships Manager is the ideal role for a confident, driven candidate who enjoys the challenge of setting their own targets and striving to deliver them.
Please note this role is remote with the requirement to travel to site in Norfolk as well as to customer sites around the UK so a clean driving licence would be a distinct advantage.
Role & Responsibilities
- Aligning with company strategy to analyse the market, identify, qualify and activate new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop a pipeline for sales prospects, targeting opportunities to maximise factory capacity and utilise incremental production opportunities.
- Tracking of progress to meet sales goals and KPIs and using these to identify gaps to deliver forecasted new business targets.
- Building strong relationships with new business contacts, presenting opportunities to plan, propose and quote to win new business.
- Evaluate existing partnerships, identify areas of development and opportunity for the account management team.
Requirements
- An entrepreneurial mindset with credible self-belief, making connecting with strangers and winning over others an easy and enjoyable task.
- Experience in B2B new business development within the health and beauty industry or similar. Bringing in your own network within the industry would be a massive advantage.
- Confident in presenting and great communication and negotiation skills.
- Competent with Excel, keen eye for data accuracy.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently using own drive and initiative.
