Partnerships Specialist

We are looking for an experienced candidate with procurement or supply chain management experience with experience of using effective data-driven decisions through the curation, analysis, and presentation of business datasets to help extend our clients capacity and manage new and existing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• External partner management
• Supporting productivity and performance data and insight, the actioning of improvement initiatives will be the primary responsibility of this role
• Periodic reviews of company partners and proposing updates as required to ensure excellent value for money and return on investment
• Monitoring expenditure on development partners within relevant budgets and facilitating discussions with stakeholders to prioritise outsource budget allocation

Skills & Experience:

• Commercial acumen
• Experience in curating, analysing and presenting business wide data sets in reports.
• Experience in working with formal business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Experience in managing global vendors that deliver across multiple projects in a supply or partnering model
• Professional / formal qualification in data analysis or business intelligence systems (e.g. Power BI)
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL and other relevant BI systems
• Knowledge of end-to-end project delivery, and performance management of external teams
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Degree qualification, or equivalent in a relevant discipline

This is a hybrid working role based in Malvern.
Candidates must be able to travel to Malvern at least twice per week.
