SalaryJob Title: Parts Admin & Stock Controller
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Permanent, 42.5 hours a week from 8am - 5pm, every other Saturday morning 8:30am - 1pm.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join our parts team and will be responsible for all spare Parts Administration and stock controlling from receiving goods into stock, correct stock allocation, receiving supplier invoices and processing paperwork on our computer system and other general administration duties as required. You will also assist in stock count rotations. Training will be provided to enable you to look at parts diagrams and serve customers when required to do so.

Robert Davies Machinery Ltd was established in 1989 and has grown to become one of the largest dealerships in Shropshire, responsible for the sale and service for some of the most renowned brands in the industry such as Manitou, KUHN, Richard Western, Shelbourne Reynolds, Dalbo amongst others.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Attention to detail particularly numbers
- Excellent numeracy and IT Skills and ability to learn new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in agri sector preferred but not essential
- Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
- Answer phones in a polite manner and help with queries
