Description
The role of Stock Controller in Shrewsbury will involve:
- Monitoring and processing stock movements.
- Conducting regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Collaborating with the purchasing department to forecast supply needs
- Ensuring the accuracy of all stock records and data
- Liaising with and managing suppliers
- Ensuring order fulfilment
- Improving logistics processes to enhance efficiency
- Working closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve stock-related issues
Profile
A successful Stock Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of stock and inventory control
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
