Here at Vertu Land Rover Truro we are looking for a part - time Parts Administrator to join our fantastic Aftersales team! This is a great opportunity for you to begin your career with one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK.
We are offering a basic salary of £24,973.33 pro rata'd to £14,984 as per the working hours, with excellent company benefits.
This role will be working a total of 24 hours per week .
For this role you will be responsible to and working closely with the Parts Manager, the successful applicant will join the department to support the team and our customers in the Parts sales process. You will be responsible for:
- Auditing and returning warranty parts within the Manufacturer’s time frame
- Auditing and returning 14 day parts and surcharge returns
- Responding promptly to queries or rejected returns claims in a timely fashion
- Verifying Manufacturer’s payments
- Accurate record keeping and filing
- Controlling returns parts stock
- Conducting self-audits routinely
- Contributing to developing best practice and effective processes
- Moving/locating new/used parts units
We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background, an organised mind set and flexible attitude. You will be very familiar with the high levels of attention to detail and accuracy required in this important role. Ideally you will have experience of the parts stock process within the motor industry however this is not essential.
If your application is successful, we will need to complete employment checks prior to you starting with us. For this role, these can include us verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We may also conduct a criminal record check and a driving licence check.
