A fleet maintenance company who have been established for over 50 years, They are one of the U.K’s largest privately owned transport companies with a fleet of over 200 trucks and 1,300 trailers. Due to their continued success they are now looking for a skilled Parts Advisor to join their team.
About your new Pats Advisor role
- You will be responsible for the effective management of customer orders
- Controlling stock levels and replenishing
- Ensure smooth flow of jobs through the workshop by pre-picking parts and accessories
- Dealing with in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers and internet enquiries.
- General Parts Advisor duties
The successful Parts Advisor will have
- Experience working in a commercial vehicle dealership
- Experience in a previous Parts Advisor role
- Computer literate and possess a good working knowledge of MS Office and ideally have experience of ADP/Kerridge
- Stock control experience
- Mercedes experience
