Working in our Parts Centre alongside the already accomplished team, you will be able to build relationships and make a real impact with our customers. Your exceptional organisation skills will ensure customers are dealt with in a timely manner, stock is maintained and the department is up to date with orders/returns. You will be required to complete all administrative functions and log discrepancies with the Parts Manager.
- Assisting the Parts department with daily duties
- Completing Vehicle health checks for workshop
- Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock control
- Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date
- Answering call from customers
- Providing excellent customer care
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.
