Parts Advisor Required in Portsmouth, Hampshire!

• Basic Salary: Up to £26,000 + OTE £32,000 (uncapped)
• Prestige Main Dealer
• Varied Monday to Friday shift pattern

Representing one of the most established brands within the motor trade, our client is currently seeking a Parts Advisor to join their busy team. They are part of one of the most renowned groups in the region with over 50 sites representing over 20 brands.

• Varied shift pattern Week 1: 07:00 - 16:00
• Week 2: 08:00 - 17:00
• Week 3: 09:00 - 18:00
• 1 in 3 Saturdays 08:00 - 13:00

Duties of a Vehicle Parts Advisor with our Client:

• Administering parts orders efficiently.
• Identifying customer parts requirements.
• Ensuring Stock is controlled effectively & stored in an orderly fashion.
• Ensuring all company policies and industry guidelines are adhered to for compliance purposes.
• Liaising with the Workshop Technicians and assisting with parts sourcing.
• Parts Pricing & completing electronic health checks.

What our client expects of their Vehicle Parts Advisors:

• Parts or Service experience with a Vehicle Dealership would be highly beneficial.
• Good sales skills & customer service experience.
• IT literacy is essential.
• Technical knowledge of vehicles, and vehicle parts is helpful, enabling to answer customer queries.
• Good organisational skills.
• A great team player.
• A personable approach to customers and fellow staff members.
