We have an excellent opportunity for a Parts Advisor to work in one of the leading specialist automotive companies in the North East.
The Newcastle-based company is a well-established and highly successful specialist automotive company enjoying unprecedented growth.
You will be part of a vibrant and expanding team with a renowned reputation in the North East for the customer service they offer.
You will be the point of contact for the workshop and the supplier. You will ensure that the details that the workshop gives you is correct, as you will use this info to contact the suppliers to place an order.
Incorrect info will lead to an incorrect part which will lead to an irate customer! You will not be afraid to ask questions to ensure you get the right part.
You will be a clear and confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions to see if there is availability in the workshop or if it is as productive and efficient as possible.
You will be great at managing multiple tasks. One minute you will be in the workshop discussing requirements with the technicians, and next you will be on the phone to a supplier ordering that unique part that could be holding up the job.
The salary is £25,000 - £30,000, dependent upon experience.
Location: NE12.
You will have automotive or commercial vehicle parts experience either from a motor factor, commercial factor or dealer background.
