Our fantastic client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Parts and Service Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to rapid growth and ongoing success, the successful candidate will join the busy service co-ordination team and will be responsible for supporting the team with a wealth of administration duties.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Supporting the team with data processing of engineers reports and paperwork
-Providing customer quotations
-Answering telephone calls, and logging customer faults.
-Working closely with the parts sourcing team, assisting with sourcing and pricing requests and associated paperwork and assisting with the service exchange of parts.
-Updating customer purchase orders
-Dealing with the return of service exchange parts from the service engineers
-Allocating engineers to jobs when required and updating the customer accordingly
Candidate Attributes;
-Previous experience in customer focussed role
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work to deadlines
-Strong PC skills and experience using a CRM system is desirable.
-Strong attention to detail
Hours- Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Salary - Up to £26,000 + Flexible working, Private medical insurance, 25 days holidays and team and social events!
