Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Scheduler to join the team:

This role requires a bubbly, energetic and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business.

The Role

• Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers & Subcontractors
• Logging and responding to emails from Clients & Subcontractors
• Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests
• Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors to open WO’s
• Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors
• Updating our CAFM system
• Updating clients portal systems

The Person:

• We are looking for someone who has experience in retail, administration, Customer Service or scheduling
• Excellent communicator
• You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder

The Package:

• Starting salary of £23,795
• Permanent full time
• Annual leave plus bank holidays
• Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
