Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Service Administrator/Scheduler to join the team:
This role requires a bubbly, energetic and passionate person, who wants to join a genuinely lovely business.
The Role
* Answering and fielding phone calls from Clients, Engineers & Subcontractors
* Logging and responding to emails from Clients & Subcontractors
* Logging and triaging reactive maintenance requests
* Assigning and planning engineers and subcontractors to open WO’s
* Raising and sending Purchase Orders for Wholesale and Subcontractors
* Updating our CAFM system
* Updating clients portal systems
The Person:
* We are looking for someone who has experience in retail, administration, Customer Service or scheduling
* Excellent communicator
* You must have a positive mindset, can do attitude, solution finder
The Package:
* Starting salary of £23,795
* Permanent full time
* Annual leave plus bank holidays
* Working hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
