Insignis Talent have partnered with a global leader in the maritime industry, who provide complete lifecycle water managements and treatment systems.
Known for their commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions, they are looking to bolster they delivery and service capability and as such, are seeking a number of Parts Coordinators to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.


• Facilitate communication between customers and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.


• Coordinate quotes and orders following established procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.


• Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.


• Verify and utilize correct customer master data and handling instructions during the processing of quotations and orders.


• Actively collaborate with the sales team to follow up on the order book.


• Liaise with Sales to discuss the content and terms of offerings.


• Communicate parts delivery information promptly to customers.


• Follow up with internal stakeholders on quotations and deliveries according to the agreed process.


• Set up and promote follow-up meetings with the Sales Team.


• Transfer knowledge within teams and escalate any arising issues.

Development Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with customer counterparts.


• Gain in-depth customer understanding and propose improvements in the way of working.


• Contribute to fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.


• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


• Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.


• Familiarity with spare parts processes and industry standards would be beneficial.


• Use of Microsoft Office Suite.


• Experience in SAP would be advantageous
