Known for their commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions, they are looking to bolster they delivery and service capability and as such, are seeking a number of Parts Coordinators to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.
- Facilitate communication between customers and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.
- Coordinate quotes and orders following established procedures, guidelines, and local requirements.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders.
- Verify and utilize correct customer master data and handling instructions during the processing of quotations and orders.
- Actively collaborate with the sales team to follow up on the order book.
- Liaise with Sales to discuss the content and terms of offerings.
- Communicate parts delivery information promptly to customers.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on quotations and deliveries according to the agreed process.
- Set up and promote follow-up meetings with the Sales Team.
- Transfer knowledge within teams and escalate any arising issues.
Development Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with customer counterparts.
- Gain in-depth customer understanding and propose improvements in the way of working.
- Contribute to fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Familiarity with spare parts processes and industry standards would be beneficial.
- Use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in SAP would be advantageous
