Parts Manager
Starting Salary: up to GBP40,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: 7:30 am - 17:00 pm Monday - Friday (occasional Saturday)
Location: Slough
Our Client is looking for an experienced Parts Manager / Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator to join their team. Ideally you will have experience within the automotive Bodyshop industry and have great working attitude. As Parts Controller / Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.
Responsibilities of a Parts Manager / Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator:
- Accountable for all areas of parts management, working with the estimators, workshop controller and General Manager
- Maintain parts and paint stock and stock records
- Process parts orders efficiently
- Contribute to departmental compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
- Ordering, selling and managing stock control on a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories
- Dealing with a high volume of calls in the department
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Controller / Parts Advisor / Parts Co-ordinator:
- Kerridge / Autoflow / Parts link systems knowledge or similar systems
- Front and back counter experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident in sales
