Salary- Negotiable starting salary plus bonus scheme providing an uncapped on-target-earnings of £32,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Reporting to the senior management team, as the Parts Manager you will be responsible for formulating and executing all vehicle parts ‘outward and internal facing’ sales strategy and significantly driving forward the financial performance of the Parts Department. The role demands a review of current approaches and practices, actively exploring new and alternative initiatives with a primary focus on delivering benchmark parts sales and industry leading financial performance across all sites. You will be responsible for health and safety of your team and area and promote safe working at all times. Motivational leadership and the ability to influence the key stakeholders within the function is a critical part of this role as is the ability to demonstrably show the return on investment. Working closely with our client's senior management team you will be responsible for a diverse team that will deliver robust parts sales growth, margin targets and a high level of customer service in line with their business strategy.
In order to be eligible, you will need to hold recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience at a management level, ideally working within a franchise approved vehicle dealership. You will also need to be IT literate given you will work daily with a dealer management and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
