SalarySalary: £26,770 depending on experience and brand knowledge - Car Enthusiasts welcome to apply!
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm plus lunch breaks - no weekends!
We are currently working with a well established Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in their local area for 40 fun years and counting! This client has an excellent reputation amongst their employees often describing the dealership team as "family" "positive" and "rewarding" just to name a few!
They are seeking a Trainee Parts Advisor or an Experienced Parts Technician who wish to join and support our clients their Dealership Parts Team. This is a crucial role to the success of the business, as such the rewards and benefits they offer set them apart from other Dealerships in their local area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or a car mad Trainee Parts Advisor to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.
Within this Parts Advisor role your typical duties will include:
- Ensuring that each customer receives excellent customer service.
- Maintain the parts processes that meets quality and manufacturer standards.
- Ensure effective stock control and warehouse management.
- Monitor and evaluate customer needs and competitor activity in the parts market, ensuring that campaigns are relevant and targeted.
- Regularly communicates and interacts with members of other departments to develop the business and the business team ethos.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment; ensuring staff comply with Health and Safety requirements.
You will need to be a confident relationship builder, able to influence and advise customers on vehicle parts issues whilst delivering a first class service but also achieving the company objectives and targets. We would love to hear from experienced or trainee Parts Advisors, be that those fresh to the trade, or those who have started their progression journey to Manufacturer Accredited Parts Managers.
