Pastoral Coordinator (Australasia Learning Community)Grade 7 (£27,334-£29,777 pro- rata) – Term time only, 37 hours per week
(Permanent Contract)
Responsibilities would be:
To assist the Head, Deputy Head and Assistant Head of Learning Community and Learning Mentors to ensure the academic, emotional and social progress of the students in the Learning Community with a particular focus on social, emotional and mental health.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
 Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
 The ability to draw out the best in students
 Good organisational skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
