Service Coordinator
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for looking after day-to-day service administration for the Service Team, whilst also acting as a dedicated first point of contact for assigned customers inside their area.
Duties include but are not limited to –
- Account management
- Monthly invoicing as per deadline & timely resolution invoice queries
- Raising credit notes where applicable
- Preparing monthly reports for assigned customers
- Issuing jobs to the Repairs Team
- Preparing, issuing, & chasing quotations
- Answering inbound calls and emails
- Providing cover for other administration staff
- Assisting with scheduling engineers
- Ensuring that the company is meeting contractual obligations for relevant clients
- To take part in the out of hours on call rota (approx. 1 month in 12)
- Ad hoc duties as required.
