The Pastoral Support Officer is responsible for
- Supporting Heads of Year in the smooth running of year groups.
- Carrying out uniform checks each morning.
- Supporting the morning line up processes.
- Addressing student behaviour issues.
- Mentoring a caseload of students who need behaviour support.
- Contributing to the corridor monitoring and on-call process.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the school at lunch time.
- Support the school’s attendance systems.

The school is conveniently located a few minutes walk from Fairlop underground station on the central line. On Fridays the school day ends at 1.20pm, which is an excellent staff wellbeing provision.
