As the Pastoral Support Officer, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Heads of Year, ensuring the seamless running of year groups, conducting uniform checks, and assisting with morning line-up processes. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in addressing student behaviour issues, mentoring students in need of behaviour support, and contributing to corridor monitoring and on-call processes. Your involvement will extend to supporting lunchtime activities and maintaining our attendance systems.
Pastoral Support Officer Role
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Contract: Permanent role - Term-Time - Full-Time
Pastoral Support Officer Requirements:

• Passionate champion of student welfare.
• Minimum of two years' experience working in school pastoral roles.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Experience with school systems such as SIMs.
